Recently in all police stations, Internet connectivity had been provided. "Cyber cells alone was not sufficient, we should have cyber crime fighting tools and interaction facilities with other states," he told mediapersons on the sidelines of a seminar here.

Emphasising the need for updating computer related information regularly, he said everyday new forms of cyber crimes were being discovered.

To a query on the delay in tracing the culprit involved in the recent bomb blast at the Ernakulam District Collectorate, he said, "the case is being inquired".

Cyber training facility for police personnel would be started in the near future, he said.
