Khusboo said she had issued legal notices to the editor and publisher of the magazine Maxim, seeking a compensation of Rs three crore "within three weeks".
"I am not willing to take any apology. Irreversible damage has been done to me. An apology will not be sufficient," she said.
If the magazine failed to respond within the stipulated period, then she would sue the magazine for defamation.
The actress has already filed a police complaint following which the city police had even seized several copies of the magazine.
