The questions would be posed during their narco-analysis test.

On Monday, Delhi Police sent a letter to the forensic laboratory in Bangalore and sought time to conduct the test. Though a chargesheet has been filed in the case, the police are investigating the role of some senior police officers.

"Names of senior IPS officers cropped up during their interrogation. The claims could not be substantiated as the accused were not revealing much. We would be able to gather more information once we get the test results," said a senior police officer.

The Crime Branch had arrested six policemen for intimidating Kumar and his associate Dr Upendra Kumar and extorting Rs 19.85 lakh from them. They had demanded the money to shield the racket being run from Gurgaon.

Meanwhile, Malik was granted interim bail by a Delhi court to allow him to attend his nephew's wedding.
