"From the very beginning the Bihar government and police knew about Kislay's whereabouts. His safe release a day before the first phase of Assembly elections in the state exposes a serious nexus between the kidnappers and the Rabri Devi government," party vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.
The senior BJP leader claimed that the Bihar government was forced to secure Kislay's release following the nation-wide pressure built over the past few days.
