The jawans of 135 battalion of BSF observed some movement near the international border (IB) in Nawapind border outpost in R S Pura border tehsil in Jammu district, they said.

They saw 17-year-old Chand Lohar moving around under suspicious circumstances near the IB and later arrested him, they said.

Nothing incriminating was recovered from him, they said.
