Lahore's clock of confusion!

A unique clock installed at a mosque in Lahore, runs in anti-clockwise direction.

A mosque has taken the Islamic traditions to new heights by installing a clock, which runs in an anti-clockwise direction, so to say.

The dials inscribed in Urdu numerals are all placed at a mirror image, as one would see a normal clock if viewed at a mirror reflection, except for six and 12, which are at their usual place.

The clock mounted on the northern wall of the mosque at the Mayo Hospital, is placed exactly facing a normal clock on the opposite walls whose arms move clock-wise as defined in the dictionary, reports the Dawn.

The clock is causing confusion to people viewing it for the first time, as two o' clock on this clock means 10 on a normal clock and three on this clock would mean nine on a normal clock.

One, two, three, four and five are at place where one would find 11, 10, nine eight and seven on a normal clock. Similarly seven, eight, nine, 10 and 11 are where one would fine five, four, three, two and one in a normal clock.
