"Laloo Yadav and several other MPs of his party should not be inducted into union cabinet as they have been charge-sheeted in different criminal and corruption cases", Modi told reporters here.

"I appeal to the Congress Prime Ministerial candidate Sonia Gandhi not to include Laloo Prasad Yadav and his cohorts into her cabinet as they are facing a number of criminal and corruption cases", he said.

Modi, former leader of the opposition in the state assembly, said while Laloo Yadav had been charge-sheeted in the fodder scam cases, his associates R K Rana and Jai Prakash Yadav were name accused in the fodder and BEd degree scam cases respectively.

The BJP MP said similarly Suraj Bhan Singh of LJP, M A Fatmi, Md.Taslimuddin and Anriudh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav (all RJD), facing over a dozen criminal cases, should also not be included into the union cabinet.
