Railway Minister and RJD chief, Lalu Prasad on Wednesday welcomed Maharashtra Navnirman Sena President Raj Thackeray's arrest.

He said the Constitution did not permit any political party or individual to involve in an act detrimental to India's unity and integrity.

"It is a right step. I welcome the decision," Prasad said while reacting to Thackeray's arrest.
