LDF ahead in Th'puram

The early trends for 20 Lok Sabha seats in Kerala show that CPI-M-led LDF is ahead of its rivals, the Congress led UDF.

As per the trends available at 830 am the LDF candidates have established slender leads over their UDF rivals in 15 seats.

The candidates leading include MP Veerandrakumr (JD-S) in Kozhikkode, PK Vasudevan nair In Thiruvananthapuram, E Ahmed (MUL) in Ponnani, TK Hamsa (CPM) in Manjeri.

Ernakulam: Sebastin Paul (LDF) leads over Edward Edezhathu (INC) by 200 votes in Ernakulam.

Palakkad: NN Krishnadas (CPM) leads over VS Viajayarghavan (INC) by 197 votes in Palakkad.

Kannur: AP Abdullakutty (CPM) leads Mullappally Ramachandra (INC) by 208 votes

Kozhikode: V Balram (INC) leads MP Veerednrakumar (JD-S) by 217 votes.

Muvvattupuzha: PM Ismail (CPM) leads Jose K Mani (KEC-M) by 1146.
