Thesun.co.uk reports that Lewis appears in the video I Will Be with TV star Chace Crawford and she failed to impress with her acting bit in it.

In the video, released in the US, she hands Crawford a bag full of cash and tells him, “You should go. You need to go. I can't come with you. I'll meet you. I promise, I'll meet you soon. Take this, trust me. Take this and go.” But she is not impressive in the sequence.
