The Liberhan Commission, probing the demolition of disputed structure at Ayodhya, today set a deadline of December 30 for the Centre to file its written submission on the incident saying no more opportunity will be given afterwards.

Making it clear that it was giving the last opportunity to the Centre to express its overall view on the demolition, the Commission said "the written submission setting out precisely and comprehensively the Union Government's perception and conclusion on the questions referred to the Commission has to be filed by December 30".
The Commission said the Centre was at liberty to adopt or make submission with regard to submission filed by it earlier. It was referring to the submissions and stand taken by the NDA government at the Centre.
Justice MS Liberhan, Chairman of the Commission clarified that before the written submission are placed before the panel, it has to be given to the respective parties to enable them to file their objections or comments before Decemeber 30.
