Additional district judge of a fast track court NN Chaudhary sentenced all the four accused to life imprisonment after they were found guilty in the case.

The convicts had shot dead one Alok Kumar Singh under Shambhuganj police station area in Banka district on May 9, 2002.

Those who were sentenced are Ashok Singh, his son Akashya Kumar Singh, Maheshwari Prasad Singh and Arun Kumar Singh.
