Following the demonstration, a delegation of the party will meet the Governor to submit a memorandum demanding intervention and dismissal of the State Government on grounds of failing to control law and order situation in State.

Addressing a press conference today, state president of the party Sunil Borse said the law and order situation was continuously worsening in the State, particularly as regards to Dalits and women.

Similarly, problems of unemployment, lack of basic infrastructure like electricity, water and roads, slum problems, religious fanaticism, injustice with the employees , particularly the shikshakarmis, contract teachers, panchayat workers and others were increasing day by day.

The State Government has failed to control the situation and, therefore, had no right to stay in power, he said. Borse narrated some incidents of excesses like beating up of 13 Dalits at village Paradia in Vidisha district on February 26.

Here too the victim has been turned into an accused by the police. In another case on the same day, a Dalit youth died in police custody in Vidisha.
