LNCT team for national tourney
THE BADMINTON team of Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) will participate in the All India Ranking Junior Badminton Tournament at Indore from September 11.
THE BADMINTON team of Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) will participate in the All India Ranking Junior Badminton Tournament at Indore from September 11.
According to the sports officer Pankaj Jain, LNCT is the only engineering college of the City that will participate in the national-level badminton tourney.
“We have given special importance to the sports activities. The college has given a number of good players to the State” said Jain. He is a State-level badminton referee.
In all, 15 players of the LNCT group including five girls will be participating in the tourney. College Chairman Jai Narain Chouksey, director Suresh Chouksey, vice-chairperson Poonam Chouksey, principal S M Agrawal, OSD Ashok Rai and others staff members extended good wishes to the team.
