General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Army Training Command Shimla Lieutenant General K S Jamwal inaugurated the seminar. He urged delegates to work for improving functioning of defence organisations, considering future challenges. Delegates from Army, Navy and Air Force, Indian Institutes of Managements, experts are participating in the seminar.
