Yes, you are right! These are the knitted mufflers which an actor Rishi Kapoor wore in the film Bobby.

And now it can be seen lying around neck of city lads and lasses.

According to Lali Priya, teacher in fashion design, University of Allahabad, "Old fashion has returned back with a bang. In this winter season we can see people wearing long knitted mufflers with fringes attached to it".

Multi-coloured mufflers with horizontal strips on them are in great demand. They are mostly seen in shades of cream, light blue and colours of pink family.

People are also going for plane mufflers with crocket-eye knitting on it. These are mostly seen in single shades of rose black, dark green and dull cream.

Mufflers are also treated as a stole on salwar suit, says Priya.

Other woollen stuff which can be teamed up with muffler is knitted cap.

Sometimes we can see people wearing fine caps with the pattern of two shades of check on it.

Not only this, the season has brought many more stylish woollen stuffs including knitted neck band (bow-tie) and long knitted overcoat, adds Priya.
