In a shocking incident, unidentified armed miscreants reportedly threw four youths from a running train in Kushaura village under Bansdih police station of neighbouring Ballia district on late Saturday night, when they opposed the miscreants from loot.
A youth lost his life while two others sustained severe injuries and another is missing after the incident.
The incident took place in Amritsar-Dibrugarh (5934) down express train in Kushaura village between Bansdih road station and Sahatvar railway station.
According to reports from Ballia, Ramjit Yadav (36) native of Utaraha village under Aara (Bihar) police station, Virendra Yadav (35) and his younger brother Satyendra Yadav (30) hailing from Aara (Bihar) district and Kashinath Yadav (38) all were the employees of a animal trader Vijay Raju Sardar of Rohtak (Punjab).
On April 9, all four youths booked one extra luggage coach in down Dibrugarh express train from Ambala Cant to Guwahati and loaded 40 cows in that coach. All these cattle belonged to the trader Vijay Raju Sardar and they had to deliver these cows in Guwahati.
When the train left Ballia railway station late Saturday night, over six unidentified miscreants holding arms in their hands entered the coach and asked to show the authentic documents of cattles. When the youths refused to show any papers to them, miscreants expressed their anguish and threw the youths from running train.

{{/usCountry}}Injured Virendra and Kashinath told railway sleuths that, "we recovered from our unconsciousness in the wee hours of Sunday morning and saw the dead body of Ramjit lying beside them and Satyendra was missing."
"We both reached the neighbouring Kushaura village and informed about the tragedy to the villagers," Virendra and Kashinath stated.
Getting information about the incident CO (Bansdih) AP Singh rushed to the spot and informed railway sleuths about the incident.
Later on railway sleuths took both the injured at GRP police station and sent the body of Ramjit for autopsy.
Till filing the reports railway sleuths were interrogating both the youths at police station.
