Make judges responsible and intellectual

Every judge must be answerable to a sort of committee, that why the particular case is taking so much time.

The judges in the court must tackle the case with an intention to decide it in his or her own tenure. The time and process in a case must depend upon the criticality of the case. Most of the cases in lower courts and in small towns are based on fake and counterfeit documents, so judges must go intellectual to solve them. Every judge must be answerable to a sort of committee, that why the particular case is taking so much time. Democracy and the constitution is highly being misused through the courts. India reall needs fast track decisions of the court to move on and think further.
