In a rare incident, a person has killed his father for allegedly trying to have illicit relationship with his wife and mother-in-law at village Palsoda in Ratlam.
The incident took place on July 18, but at that time police thought it to be a "blind murder" as the body of the victim was found near his residence.
The accused Bassu along with his three friends identified as Rakesh, Kanti and Laxman killed Man Singh.
During the inquiry, Bassu revealed that he along with his friends planned the murder and killed his father as the latter attempted to have illicit relationship with his wife and mother-in-law.
They killed him by attacking with a sharp-edged weapon when he was in deep sleep under the influence of alcohol.
Police arrested Bassu and Rakesh under Section 302 of the IPC, while the remaining two accused are absconding.
