Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday conveyed his "wholehearted congratulations" to US President Barack Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
Manmohan Singh told reporters in Hyderabad that he had not heard of the news. "But if what you say is true, I wish to send my wholehearted congratulations to his excellency the president," he told a reporter.
