LIFE INSURANCE company, Max New York Life has launched its operations in Bhopal. With the opening of its office on Hoshangabad Road, the company now has a countrywide network of 65 offices across 40 cities.
Addressing a press conference on Friday, Gary Bennett, Managing Director and CEO of Max New York Life, said the presence of the company in Bhopal would enable people realise the true potential of life insurance, sold in a need-based manner by quality agent advisors.
“There is a great potential in the field of life insurance because of the absence of a social security system in the country and the fact that those having insurance are grossly under-insured,” he added.
The company had had started its operations in the country in 2001 and has sold nearly 9.3 lakh policies till date. It has over 15,000 agents who are regularly given training and also serve as financial advisors to the policyholders.
Though the company does not have brand ambassadors in most of the other countries, it has Rahul Dravid as its brand ambassador in India.
Gary said that the personality of the cricket star reflects honesty, ethics, long-term dependence and commitment, qualities that are also the hallmark of the company. The awareness about the company has grown after Dravid became the brand ambassador and more advertisements featuring him would be telecast soon. He also said that the company provides sound risk protection solutions and delivering international standards of service.
