Argentine third seed Guillermo Coria slithered out of Wimbledon on Friday after a surprise 4-6 6-3 6-3 6-4 defeat by German Florian Mayer in the second round.

Mayer, making his Wimbledon debut this year, recovered impressively from losing the first set to dominate the French Open runner-up.
Claycourt specialist Coria's performance in reaching the second round was nonetheless his best effort so far at the All England Club.
The Argentine said he had been suffering a shoulder and arm injury so was not too disappointed by his exit.
"If you lose, having done your best, particularly the way I'm feeling now, referring to my injury, there's nothing you can do," he said. "The shoulder, all this area of the shoulder and the arm. I've got some liquid up here. It's all affected."
Coria, whose first round match spanned four days because of the weather, said there was little he could do throughout the contest.
"Today I met a player who made good use of all his opportunities, who did everything well, and there was nothing I could do about it," he said.
"I was in great pain. And I knew I had to serve, have strong serves. I knew also, I was aware, that the pain was gradually getting worse.

{{/usCountry}}"I don't know if it had to do with the weather, the fact that it was cold in the morning. And yesterday, when I went in for the two final points, I was also in very great pain.
"I was taking anti-inflammatories and applying ice, and also the trainers were really working on it."
The world number three said he would take a little time to recuperate before deciding on his future schedule.
"I'm going to take five days off for a rest, for a holiday," he said. "I haven't decided yet whether I'll take this holiday at home or whether I will spend these days in Europe.
"And after that brief holiday, I will go home to train. I don't know whether I will be playing in Stuttgart, where I am on the list."
Mayer, 20, faces experienced South African Wayne Ferreira in the third round.
