A top MBA school (name withheld for fear of being sued in a civil court in Assam) recently announced its plans to offer free original "Being Human" t-shirts to every male student that enrolled alongwith the usual laptop and foreign tour. This after a leading market research showed "Being Human" as having zoomed past traditional t-shirt choices of Indian youth such as "FBI: Female Body Inspector" and "Don't you wish your boyfriend was hot like me". Not surprisingly, research also showed 96% of those sporting these t-shirts as never having touched a part of the female anatomy since they stopped being breastfed.
A spokesperson from the school had this to say. "As you know already our institute is all about providing authentic, high quality education amidst a sea of imitators who offer the exact same thing. We see similar parallels with "Being Human". Amidst all these fake imports from Thailand we are the only ones who provide 100% genuine t-shirts. Besides, we feel that the constant rejection by society - be it girls, clubs or pubs - that one experiences by wearing Being Human will train our students to better deal with what it feels like in the market once they start job-hunting with our degree. It is to us what the Nehru Cap is to these Anna Hazare people."
Marketing experts have hailed it as the most innovative technique to attract students since stock footage of white chicks on the institute's brochure; and students tend to agree. One such applicant, Ramesh Kumar had this to say. "Myself Ramesh Kumar. I want apply MBA because Being Human t-shirt carry many social message to society about social issue.
