One of the few colleges offering a two-year full time PG programme in Human Resource, Management Development INstitute (MDI) recently launched a residential programme in collaboration with the National Human Resource Development Network.

They have a 15 month formal PG in management for practicing managers. Over 70 senior managers of leading companies like BHEL, MTNL, Infosis and TATA are part of this programme.

It provides a backbone for a career in HR, in industry and services and also helps develop capabilities to become well-rounded managers. MDI is an integrated business school involved in teaching, executive education, research and consulting.

Formed with an aim to teach management skills to practicing managers, MDI now boasts of courses like a full time post-graduate programme in management to doctorate programmes.

MDI has been awarded ‘A’ grade by National Board of Accreditation of All India Council for Technical Education. MDI students can complete part of their degree in any one of the 32 colleges in Europe which MDI has tie-ups with.
