The mercury rose by a degree in the Capital on Monday even as mild fog enveloped the city for some time early morning.

The minimum temperature settled at 12.3 degrees celsius, three degree celsius above normal, against Sunday's 11.2 degrees, Met Office said.
The maximum temperature was also three degrees above normal and was recorded 25.6 degree Celsius.
The mild fog which enveloped early morning gradually disappeared as the sun rose in the eastern skies. It did not affect air services as the Runway Visibility Range at the Indira Gandhi International Airport and domestic airport was well above the normal levels.
The weather office has forecasted mainly clear skies for tomorrow with mist in the morning.
The minimum temperature would be around 11 degrees Celsius, Met Office added.
