Militants kills abducted contractor in Kishtwar

Militants today tortured to death a contractor after allegedly abducting him from his house in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, police officials said today.

The incident took place when three ultras barged into the house of Mohammad Ramzan Khandey, a contractor, at Lidreri village in the hilly district of Kishtwar, about 290 kms from Jammu, on Saturday night and abducted him, they said.

Later the ultras took the contractor to forest area of Panradi and tortured him to death on Sunday, they said, adding that his body has been recovered.
