Fire erupted on the Pakistan side of forest along LoC and spread to Indian side in Keri sector of Noushera belt in Rajouri district Saturday night, they said.

Several mines exploded as a result of the fire, the police added.

Army, Forest officials and police later controlled the forest fire, they said adding a forward post was also partially damaged in the fire.

However, there was no loss of life or injury to anyone in the fire, they said.
