Minor alleges gangrape

A class 11 student has accused three persons, including her friend, of raping her. On July 6, the girl, a minor, eloped with her friend Kapil Agarwal, who had promised her to marry her, police said. Her father then lodged an FIR under charges of abduction against Kapil at Hapur police station.

Two days ago, the police traced her near Karkardooma Court and brought her back.

It was then that she alleged that three persons, Aggarwal, Sunil Kumar, Aggarwal’s employer, Sachin, a friend, had raped her.
