A man has been arrested in a village in Hapur town of Ghaziabad district for allegedly raping a 13 year old and then slitting her throat.

One Mukesh was arrested after the victim's father lodged an FIR alleging that his minor daughter was raped and then murdered by the man at Nan village near Hapur, Superintendent of Police (Ghaziabad Rural) AK Singh said.

He said Mukesh allegedly raped her and when she cried for help, slit her throat.
