Lok Sabha member from Dadra Nagar Haveli Mohan Delkar on Wednesday joined Congress in presence of party President Sonia Gandhi at a public rally in Silvassa.
Delkar, who contested from Bharatiya Nav Shakti Party, had defeated Congress candidate by over 12,800 votes in 2004 Lok Sabha elections.

This is his sixth term as an MP from Dadra Nagar Haveli constituency.
