Good news for applicants of the residential scheme of Yamuna Expressway Authority.
The body, at its board meeting on Friday, hiked the number of plots from 8350 to 33,950.
Deputy chief executive officer R.K. Singh said: “The board has approved the hike in residential plots from 8350 to 33950. The total number of applicants are around 46,000.”
“The number of 300-square-metre plots have been hiked from 5,000 to 28,000. Plots under 500 square metres have been hiked from 2,000 to 4,000,” he said.
“Plots measuring 1,000 square metres have been hiked from 1,000 to 1,500. The hike in 2,000-square-metre plots has been from 250 to 300. Similarly 4000-square-metre plots have been hiked from 100 to 150,” Singh added.
The scheduled date for the draw was August 10. Now, the draw date may be rescheduled.
