Union agriculture minister and Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar triggered a flutter on Sunday, asking party workers to take advantage of the multi-phase polling in Maharashtra by "voting twice". Later, he clarified his statement was made in "a lighter vein and had a tinge of satire”.
