The Goregaon based model has alleged in her First Information Report (FIR) that deputy inspector general of police (DIG) Sunil Paraskar consumed alcohol before raping her at a bungalow in Madh Island. This is part of the FIR, the copy of which HT has in its possession.

In the FIR the model alleged that she was exploited by Paraskar who she claims went about abusing his official position as additional commissioner of police (North Region).

She further alleged that Paraskar took a watch worth Rs 70,000 from her after helping her in filing an FIR in connection with the escort agency case where she alleged that someone was using her photograph on the website to run the racket.

She claims that around November/December 2013, Paraskar took her to a flat in Thane/Navi Mumbai (she is not aware exactly which location it was) on the pretext of showing her the fat and then molested her. "Paraskar came close to me and touched me inappropriately. I immediately pushed his hand away. But he again did the same thing. I got angry and told him I was leaving. Then, Paraskar apologized and we left that place," she stated in her statement to the police.

She also stated that on January 2, 2014 an FIR was registered in the Goregaon (escort agency) case and all the accused were arrested.

In February 2014, Paraskar gifted the victim an iphone and started pressuring her to gift him something. "Due to my (Paraskar) help, the FIR was registered by the Goregaon police," she stated quoting Paraskar's words. She added that subsequently she sent him two photographs of watches and after he selected one she gifted him a watch worth Rs 70,000 (Longines brand).

Later when Paraskar was transferred, the model gifted him wallet, pen and perfume worth Rs 57,000, she claimed adding that Paraskar also asked if there was anyone she knew who could stop his transfer. "I introduced him to my PR manager and we met at a restaurant in Bandra," she claimed adding at the meeting Paraskar, his wife, the manager and she herself were present. "I wanted to tell Paraskar's wife about his behavior with me but I did not get a chance as Paraskar did not leave her side even for a minute," she says in the statement.
