Shraddha Shah, who took admission to a diploma course in event management, run by the International Institute of Event Management, has accused the institute's president Ketan Shah of misleading and cheating the students.

She has made the vice chancellor and university registrar co-accused for giving permission to the institute to operate without proper infrastructure, her lawyer MP Vashi told reporters.

Shraddha took admission for the course in 2005.

She has said that the institute does not have a proper infrastructure to conduct the course and also does not have an office.

She has alleged that Shah collected Rs 37 lakh from a total of 125 students as fees for the course.
