BJP-ruled states in the country had an industry-friendly atmosphere and were attracting investors from across the country as well as abroad, Munda claimed.

"An international conspiracy was hatched to discredit the Modi-government following the riots a few years ago," he said.

Referring to the Jharkhand government's move to woo the Tatas for establishing the Nano plant in the state after it opted out from Singur, Munda, who is the the Leader of the Opposition, said the state government had not made any sincere attempt to lure the company.

The state government had only sent a formal invitation and did not bother to discuss the issue across the table, he alleged.

"The Jharkhand government neither had the vision nor made any attempt to create trust among investors," he claimed.
