External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh said Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf's address to the UN General Assembly was "good but diplomatic".
The address was "good but diplomatic," Singh was quoted as saying by Pakistani news agency "Online" on Wednesday.

The agency said replying to Singh's comment, Musharraf said he had made a "sincere and open offer of dialogue to India to resolve contentious issues."
