Revealing culinary secrets and some home truths, Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf says he loves French toast and taught wife Sehba how to make it.

On her part, the Pakistani first lady said her husband was not very demanding when it came to food and was "a fair help" in the kitchen during the early days of their marriage.

His sense of humour was the most likeable part of his personality, Sehba Musharraf said.

The Musharrafs spoke of their "personal life and more" at a children's programme to mark the fourth anniversary of the private TV channel, Geo Television.

The News, which provided a preview of the programme to be telecast Monday night, said the first couple joined pop singers Nadeem Jaffery and Mohammad Ali Shehki and children to sing national songs.
