NAAC team visits Benazir College

THE PEER team constituted by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) visited Government Benazir College here and carried out an intensive checking of facilities available at the college to determine its grade.

The team comprising former vice chancellor of Amravati University Prof S N Patil, joint director, higher education, Andhra Pradesh Dr Vijay Prasad and faculty at Bhavnagar University Gujarat Prof B K Oza presented their report to college principal Dr Dolly Malhotra.

While expressing satisfaction over the assessment report, Dr Malhotra said the college administration had taken the team’s suggestions seriously and an internal quality assurance cell (IQAC) will be set up in the college soon as per directives of NAAC.
