Suspended Congress leader Natwar Singh has been removed from the Chairmanship of the editorial board of party mouthpice 'Congress Sandesh'.

Singh's name does not figure in the latest issue of Congress Sandesh, which was released on Saturday.

The website of the party mouthpiece, however, still has the name of the former External Affairs Minister for the post, but party sources said it appeared a case of not having updated the website.

The action against Singh has come close on the heels of his suspension from the party after he was indicted by the Pathak Inquiry Authority which went into the Iraqi oil scam.
