NAVYUG SCHOOL of Selling (NSOS) has started the Retail Learning Associate Programme (RALP) to prepare youth for the changing world of retail outlets and malls recently.
Retail Learning Associate Programme curriculum is based on scientific method of learning a trade, practical approach to a vocation and hands on internship in real time retail trade. NSOS offers training in core skills, professional skills and trade skills.
Retail Learning Associate Programme is a 96-hour certificate programme. The course duration for Fast Track candidates is eight weeks and for Normal Track candidates is sixteen weeks. Core Skills training comprises language, communication and personality development lessons. Professional Skills teach individuals to achieve higher conversion ratios in retail setting.
Trade Skills prepares students for the operational aspects of retail trade. The Retail Learning Associate Programme curriculum also includes a live project. The school facilitates campus recruitment for the students.
