Party spokesman Prakash Binsale said that district units will collect application forms of aspirants from Sunday. August 27 is the last date of collecting the forms.

District unit chiefs have been asked to deposit the forms at the state unit office in Mumbai on August 29. The state parliamentary board will meet to finalise the list of candidates, Binsale said.
