Reacting to the report of lokayukta Santosh Hegde, Yeddyurappa said it's a voluminous one running into hundreds of pages and has 31 chapters, adding, it needs time to comprehensively consider it.

"However, when we notice the report, it appears that there are repetition of old points on (illegal) mining. Most of the points are pending before the Supreme Court and high court," he said.

Yeddyurappa said the report would be discussed in detail at tomorrow's cabinet meeting scheduled for 3.30 pm. "After all information, we will take a decision on what we should going forward."

He said he, along with the party's state unit president KS Eshwarappa and some "important leaders", will brief the BJP's central leadership in Delhi on the report and return on Thursday.
