There is something very sensible about this process. In today's times, when we talk so much about management, it is all the more relevent. It is about managing the 'need pressure evolution'.

In our 'pace along with time', we often feel the need to stop, rest, evolve and then move ahead but time would not permit that. There are skills to be learnt. There are changes to be brought about in ourselves as well as in the environment. They have a'mandatory character'. We cannot do without them, if we are to survive with quality.

Then, they can not be done all at once.It is so because these are not only difficult to learn but also need high level of motivation for maintenance. In management terminology it is known as 'prioritising'.

Development and growth are never one shot deal. They should remain with us throughout our journey of life. Process of evolution is not a matter of history. By all means it is our present and is happening. It is then a matter of our choice how we want it to develop.

Consider these resolutions as 'one step at a time'. So that when we ought to retire we do not have qualms, or grudges. The preparation begins now.
