Special Judicial Magistrate Vanshraj Singh referred the matter for hearing to June 15 after CBI counsel failed to turn up.

Besides Advani, former union ministers Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, BJP General Secretary Vinay Katiyar, VHP leaders Ashok Singhal, Acharya Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Sadhvi Ritambhara are other accused in the case.
