NHDC tableau wins second prize at R-Day parade

THE TABLEAU of Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd (NHDC) was awarded second prize at the Republic Day Parade at Bhopal on January 26.

THE TABLEAU of Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd (NHDC) was awarded second prize at the Republic Day Parade at Bhopal on January 26. As per an official release today, Governor Dr Balram Jakhar and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan presented the prize including plaque and certificate to NHDC GM (finance) N K Chaddha.

The tableau titled `Urjawan Madhya Pradesh’ showcased the Indira Sagar Project besides symbolising the NHDC’s commitment to complete the under construction Omkareshwar project before time.

The tableau also represented the NHDC’s efforts towards ensuring electrification of every household in the State.
