Indian software services firm NIIT Technologies Ltd said on Thursday that it was looking for acquisitions of up to $20 million in the United States and in Europe to expand its operations.

It plans to invest Rs 1 billion on a new campus in Greater Noida near New Delhi that will have a capacity of 3,000 people in the first phase and will eventually hold 10,000 people, Chief Executive Arvind Thakur told reporters on the sidelines of a NASSCOM conference.
The New Delhi-based company will raise debt to fund the investment in India and the acquisitions, he said.
