Nine dead in fire-related accidents in UP

One death each in fire-related accidents was also reported from Deoria and Sant Kabirnagar districts.

Nine persons, including two children, were killed in four separate incidents of fire reported from different parts of the state, police said.

While five persons were killed in a fire at a shop in the Ghorawal area on Thursday evening, two children were charred to death when a fire broke out at a house in Belware village of Sultanpur district yesterday, they said.

One death each in fire-related accidents was also reported from Deoria and Sant Kabirnagar districts, they added.
