The police are yet to register a criminal case against him despite the order of Etah chief judicial magistrate Buddhi Sagar Mishra.

The case relates to three murders in Jainthra, in Etah district, on June 10, when jeweller Vijay Verma, his son Mithun and security guard Santosh Singh were killed.

SSP Laxmi Narain said, "There was no specific order for the registration of a case against the minister and what the court said is to investigate the case."
