Jump: Buy a skipping rope and jump your way to a flat tummy. Jumping pumps up your blood level and takes it around your body to your muscles. Just five minutes a day is enough to keep you energetic for the rest of the day.

Anusha Sharma, a student, says, “My exercise tool has always been a skipping rope. It is cheap and a convenient way to stay in shape.”

Dumbbells: Dumbbells are the best way we can tone and build our muscles. Hotel management student Rakshit Trehan says, “I had thin arms and I looked clumsy in T-shirts. After I started lifting dumbbells, I noticed a difference.”

Yoga: Actress Shilpa Shetty and now Kangana Ranaut swear by the benefits of yoga. Madalsa Pant, a housewife, says, “Practicing yoga religiously can do wonders to your body. It not only keeps you fit but also brings a stream of positivity in one’s thought.”
