BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi has indicated that a decision on re-inducting former chief minister Kalyan Singh into the party might have to wait till the new BJP president takes charge in December.

“At present there is no such proposal,” Joshi said on Saturday. “First we would have to understand how he (Singh) plans to strengthen the party.”
Joshi parried a query on Bharatiya Janashakti Party president Uma Bharti’s proposal to join NDA. “This should be answered by the NDA convener Sharad Yadav,” he said.
The RSS is expected to take a final call on whether leaders who had walked out of the BJP should be re-inducted. A section of the BJP opposes this.
“(RSS) would in coordination with senior BJP leaders script the party’s revival,” Joshi said.
